Refund and Returns Policy
OVERVIEW
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are sorry that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURN QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
Unworn and unwashed.
Remain with all original labels and packaging.
No traces of cosmetics, animal hair, or fragrance (including perfume, deodorant, or cleaning products).
If the item does not meet these requirements, your return request will be denied.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate the return process, please email [email protected] with your order number. Once your request is approved, carefully package your invoice, return slip, and return form in a suitable shipping box. Please retain the tracking number on the return label so you can track the status.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
SHIPPING COSTS
The standard return shipping cost is $6.99, and this fee is non-refundable after a successful return.
However, in the event of an error on our part, the return is of course completely free, and you can also request a replacement item.
ORDER ERRORS
If you have received the wrong or defective order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will process it to your satisfaction
REFUNDS
Once we have received the returned item and verified that it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will then receive an email notification when the refund has been made to the original payment method.
Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping cost.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank to check the processing time. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance. Please note that once the item has been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel your order. In that case, you can return the item according to our return policy.
