Here’s how your order will be shipped:

Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (CST) (Monday – Friday)

Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

Delivery Time: 7-15 Days (Monday – Friday)

*Please note that during promotional periods, deliveries may take longer, which we will notify you of.

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled or changed. However, you can still return the item according to our return policy.

To return an item, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

The item can be returned if it meets the following conditions: unused, unwashed, with original labels and packaging, no scent or traces of cosmetics. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable.

Once we have received the returned item and checked that it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been successful.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless it is our fault (wrong delivery, defective item).

If you received a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at [email protected]. We will check and provide the best solution for you.

Yes, after the order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code to check the status of your delivery.

No, we currently only offer shipping within the United States.
